"There is no stress in the World."

"There is no stress in the world."

The world is absolutely the way it is supposed to be, and we must understand this.

Our first intention is to say, "Yes, but there are people starving, there's war, and we are currently going through a pandemic. Is that supposed to be happening?"

Yes. Yes it is. and so is your desire to help, or end it.

Now I need you to hear me out on this.

I'm not talking about the people in the world. I'm not talking about current world events. I'm talking about the earth itself.

Whenever something happens, nature will adjust itself to accommodate.

Everything that is, IS.

This is where we must be like the earth. Adapt and overcome.

Everything that has happened to you in life, has already happened. Worry, is nothing more than a thought. Worry is a consuming thing that creates what we call "stress."

Give this thought a ponder. There isn't any use in worrying about the things you have no control over, because if you HAD control over it, you could change, or fix it. Thus making the act of worrying, a completely useless waste of your time and energy.

Makes sense doesn't it?

There is no sense in worrying about the things you HAVE control over, because if you have control, why would you be worrying?

That covers everything that is possible to worry about.

It is ALL our own thought!

Are you going to worry about getting old? Do you have control over it?

What is there is this world that you would WANT to occupy your mind with worry?

Or anything that doesn't serve you living the life you want to live.

Understand that you should not let anyone, or any place, that does not have love or harmony to offer you enter this dimension where you do ALL of your living. In your mind.

You are the only one that is in control of your thoughts. The. Only. One.

Reframing your mindset and thoughts around this will be your saving grace.

Don't buy into the fantasy where if you think enough happy thoughts, you're life will be perfect and you'll just be happy at all times. That called delusional positivity.

Expect that life is going to throw challenges at you. But instead of wasting you time with "worry," look for the opportunity in the challenge.

Reframing, or changing your perspective takes time. You may have had an entire lifetime of negative perspectives to rewire out of your brain.

Grab yourself a pen and paper. Whenever you find yourself worrying about a current challenge, hunt for the good. And Tell yourself theses 3 things.

1. This will make me stronger as I am pushed beyond my current abilities.

2.This will connect me more deeply to others in my life, as I ask for help and graciously receive it.

3. This will deepen my gratitude for what I have in my life, as I recognize that anything can be taken from me, in any instant.

Hunt for the good without expectation. This is where true positivity, and happiness is.
