All fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by believe.

"All fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by believe."

What you BELIEVE, meaning, what you are THINKING, and the EMOTION attached to that thought.

Thought patterns are habits. Habits can be broken. Every single one of them. The only stipulation is that you have to want it bad enough.

The word FEAR can be an acronym for 3 sayings that come to mind:

"Fuck Everything and Run."

"Face everything and Rise."

"False Evidence Appearing Real."

As you can see, this one word, which is the name of an emotion, can have 3 different meanings behind it. The ONE thing that changes it, is your perspective on each situation.

Fear is an emotion that we feel when negative thoughts about the unknown arise. Things that 'could' or 'might' happen. Fear is a feeling of agitation and anxiety caused by the POTENTIAL existence or presence of danger, or vulnerability. It's a disturbance to your comfort and well-being. Fear is a negative emotional state of mind.

-Fear is the sweat dripping down your face as you walk along through the woods at night.

-The anxiety that holds you back from talking to that guy or girl who gives you the warm fuzzy feeling.

-Being hesitant to get out of your bad relationship due to not knowing what's going to happen afterwards without them.

-It's neglecting to take action on that goal or dream you always wanted to achieve, but hesitate due to potential failure... or success.

What do all of those statements have in common?

The end result is UNKNOWN.

What does this mean?

Your fear is all a matter of perspective. Every single one of those situations have a 50/50 chance of being positive or negative. If we chose to focus on the negative, we end up creating a million and one ways that things could go wrong. Then we stew on those thoughts and worry about the "what if?"

'Worry' is the most useless emotion.

It serves us nothing other than to create more stress in our lives. Usually over things that we have zero control over. None. Zilch.

So I encourage you to look for the good. Be optimistic. What do you have to lose?... other than the fear itself.

Your reality is whatever you CHOOSE to perceive of what's around you. If you look for and focus on the bad, that’s what you’re going to see. So why not strive to look for the good? The opportunities.

It works just like "the yellow car" law. If you focus on the yellow car, you will find all the yellow cars. But you have to look.

What if.... we succeed?

What if.... we find our true purpose?

What if.... we become the person we are truly destined to be?

What if... we become the person who we truly needed when we were younger, and can be that for someone else now.

What if you find confidence in your vulnerability to take back, and OWN your life?
